We collect the account information needed to sign you in and operate the app, such as your email address, display name, username, profile image, team name, team logo, league memberships, lineup selections, scores, and notification preferences. We may also keep basic technical logs and local app settings used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate accounts, sync leagues and lineups across devices, calculate fantasy results, display standings, send reminders you enable, answer support requests, protect the service, and improve app performance.
What Other Players Can See
Team names, team logos, usernames, lineups, scores, standings, and other competition details may be visible to members of your league. Information submitted to a global competition may also appear on a public global leaderboard.
Service Providers
Clubhouse Heroes relies on service providers including Supabase for account and database services, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Resend for email delivery. Tournament, player, and scoring information may come from third-party golf data providers such as ESPN. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Advertising and Cookies
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve and measure advertising. Google advertising cookies may be used to show ads based on visits to Clubhouse Heroes and other websites. You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Where required, Clubhouse Heroes will request consent before using advertising cookies or personal data for ad personalization.
Your Choices
You can change notification preferences and account details in the app. You may request account deletion from Account settings or contact support for help with your information. Some records may remain temporarily in backups or when retention is required for security or legal purposes.
